RPG Rules and Regulations

To keep role plays on the right hand, I am going to post the rules on here.


1. Every role play MUST have a sign up thread before you start it up. The sign up thread has to be at least a week old before you make the actual role play thread. This is to let some people join in and prepare themselves and start off at the same time as opposed to the gamemaker starting off and already starting while people that have not signed up are way behind. If I find a RPG without a signup, it will be locked.

2. There is a post length requirement on here. It needs to be AT LEAST 150 words. The format on here has to be paragraph because it makes the forum look neater. If this is an issue for you, you are more than welcome to RP in our chat.

3. No Bunnying/Godmodding. Bunnying is the act of taking control of another’s character and forcing them to do or say things without the consent of the original creator. Anything involving another’s character must be done in that character’s style, with their personality in mind. It is best to Visitor Message (VM) or Private Message (PM) the character’s creator to get permission beforehand. Godmodding is when things like "Instant Death" and "Unbeatable Characters" are in effect. That just ruins the fun of roleplaying.

4. No Smilies are allowed in the RPG forum whatsoever. The only exception is when your character finds a note or something and the writer of the note puts a smiley to close the note. This is the only time you may do so.

5. No Double Posting. It will not be accepted unless nobody has posted in that RPG in over a day. Game Masters have the right to double post in their RPG’s to spread information that may have been left out or omitted because of the post count limit.

6. No Pornography role plays. We do not want sexual based role plays. Keep in mind that the younger crowd might be visiting the forum and that will ruin them. Also, try to cap off any sexual relations in a role play. Kissing and hugging is fine, but no "In bed" things. It is okay to hint it but don't get into details with it. Yaoi and yuri are find, but try not to go overboard.
